Aparna, I cannot thank you enough for all your help and guidance throughout these weeks. We have seen a tremendous improvement in A. This is a very challenging and emotionally draining journey for us as parents, thank you for your support.

Thank you for the reports, it’s great. Seeing it in black and white just reminds me how much L has improved, even though I know there is still a lot of work to do, it gives us hope for the future.

Your team especially Aparna have provided an invaluable service. We now have more staff talking the language of OT. More staff also understand the role of OT in children’s development, and we feel that this has had a positive impact on targeted groups. The sensory circuit, for example, has been successful and if we can find the space, we aim to repeat this strategy during the next academic year.

Dear Aparna, I want to thank you for everything you did at our school. The main impact was the increased understanding of the importance of OT among the SEN team. We now have a staff base of TA's (and I include myself in this) who understand OT, know what it is for and know strategies that can work. This progress is a direct result of the work you did here with us. All those long conversations over lunch about OT-related issues have stayed with us and our new knowledge is impacting on our daily work. On top of that, our teacher survey showed that for at least half of the children who attended the daily sensory circuit, the intervention had a real impact on their ability to focus in class and therefore impacted on their success as learners. We achieved something through that intervention that I admit, I didn't think was going to be possible when you first suggested it! Thanks again and I hope we will work together again in the future.

Hi Aparna, Thank you so much for today’s appointment. You really are magic. I can’t believe how much I learned in such a short space of time and thank you for explaining everything so clearly. It was also incredible for me to see R so happy for the entire time from the second we walked into your amazing room. I’m happy to take him out of school for such a worthwhile visit.
